is it possible to get a results report in one page ? Using UV-Vis sw version B.05.04, printed report shows many pages showing audit trail info (changes in method information, blank, etc.)

you might want to try File > Print Preview > Current View or one of the other options to see which report suits your needs. Most common would be 2 pages as a simple result report will consist of at least:

Method file: The method file name.
Information: The contents of the Method Information field of the Method Options and Information dialog box.
Data File: The data file name (including the full path name) and the date and time of creation.

However, this will skip the audit trail information.
