Hello! We have two Agilent 4500 FTIR instruments in our lab. I developed a PLSR model in one of them and I uploaded the model to both instruments. However, there is little shift in the wavenumbers of the same instrument even when I used the same method. Does anybody know how to calibrate or align the instrument so that we can have the exact same aligned wavenumbers in both instruments? I tried using the microlab m test software and could not do it ?
