How do we create methods from a Cary 300 to Cary 3500?

Since we can't transfer methods from Cary 300 to Cary 3500, we will be creating new methods. We can set up all target wavelengths and wavelength ranges based on “set-up” info of Cary 300, but how do we set up background correction on Cary 3500? Is background correction even necessary like it was in Cary 300?
