Microlab PC error: "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Question

Hello Agilent Community, 
 We recently acquired the Cary 630 with the ATR, but I'm trying to access the MicroLab PC and this message appears: 
 "object reference not set to an instance of an object" 
 The equipament was installed and qualifyied a couple weeks ago, but now none of the user can acess the software. 
 The MicroLab Quant starts without any problems. 
 What could be causing this error?

Hi.. 
 You need to check in result folder under report section , whether the data path saved directly into root directory of the database, if so then make one sub folder in database & add into path. 
 Also, just ensure proper report template selection as per method type. 
 
 In SCM Group, Maximum 3 Databases are allowed so add in following Priority PublicDB>SystemCheckDB>Local DB. 
 This should work.
