Error codes E9604 and E9608, on a Cary 5000

Question

Hi, I have a couple of error codes on a Cary 5000. They both appear upon initialization. One is E9604 Micron Datum and the other E9608 lambda underrange. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Frank, 
 Yes, you are correct. Typically when we set up a service call, we quote Micrometers, Motors and the belt.
