UV-Vis ChemStation-ChemMain.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

Both online and offline software for Agilent 8453 UV-vis spectrometer could not open...Error message (see attached) appears when opening the program. Clicking "Don't send" leads to software close. Any solutions? Thanks!

Hi.. , i will suggest to move to software Compatible with WINDOWS 10 OS. UV Chemstation B.05.04 [8]. contact your local Agilent Contact Center.
