Can you restart computer and instrument both then check..

We have restarted both computer and instrument multiple times. it did not help...

Is this a new problem in that the software did work before or is it a new installation?

Sometimes running the software as an administrator can help with these types of issues.

The software has been used for many years. It's a new problem which happened during the past weekend for some unknown reason.

Check computer is connected with internet through wifi or Lan.

If yes, then disconnect it and then open chemstation..
