Cary Eclipse Fluorescence Spectrophotometer -- Record Anisotropy Kinetics?

Dear all,

we just received a Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer including the automated polarization accessory. When exploring the instrument usage, we missed the option to record fluorescence anisotropy/polarization in a kinetic mode, i.e. over time. Note that we are not asking for super-fast time resolution, just to do one anisotropy measurement every couple of seconds over an extended period of time (say 30 min or so). In terms of hardware, the instrument should support this measurement mode as we have the automated polarization accessory. However, neither in the 'Scan' nor in the 'Kinetics' mode could we find this option. Maybe we are just dense here and miss something obvious, but does anybody know how to do this type of measurement?

Thank you in advance and best regards,
Anmo
