The resolution ratio is showing *** in the report using Chemstation
Rev B. 04.02 software (see attached). Anyone know what that means? Signal maxed out? No signal?

This is an known issue issued on SERVICE NOTE G1115-022. I would suggest to re-run the test or better to upgrade the Software revision.
