We have a Cary 630 FTIR running with the Microlab FTIR software. We however want to be able to carry out audit trail review. I understand from Agilent's website that we need the add-on Microlab Pharma software, but how do we get this? There is no part number or product number on Agilent website. The local Agilent rep has not been able to help either. Does any one know the product number for this add-on software? Perhaps with a product number, the local rep may be able to help us order one.
