I don't necessarily need a detailed explanation, I'm just having trouble even finding the right place to start looking in the software. Thanks!

There is not an option to integrate a peak in UV Vis ChemStation.

Apparently you can do this, but only by purchasing the Advanced package for UV/Vis Chemstation.
