Result Flags in the MassHunter Productivity App

The MassHunter Productivity App only loads the subset of result flags from the analysis software that are relevant to the specified workflow.

Pesticide Screening

The following MassHunter Quantitative Analysis flags were deemed relevant for pesticide screening analysis. The text in bold is the display text in the App and the name next to this is the associated outlier in the MH Quant data set (see the QuantitiationDataSet PDF in <MassHunter Home>\SDKs\Quant\Documents):
