Data Review Protocol with Filter Sets in the MassHunter Productivity App

One potential application of filter sets in the MassHunter Productivity App is creating a data review protocol for your lab technicians to follow. If you want users to always review specific results in a certain order (such as the Calibration and QC samples first, then positive hits, etc.), you can define those steps with filter sets, allowing users to move faster through a step-by-step review process:

Then on the review page, users can simply choose the appropriate filter set:

The result is an easy to use, customized view for each step in your data review process. Even though the user is able to fine-tune the filters once the set is applied, a well designed collection of filter sets should keep extra clicks to a minimum.
