Working with several ISTDs in Masshunter 12.1

Question

Hello, 
 I&acute;m trying to do a quantitation in Masshunter in which I&acute;m using four different ISTDs for each sample, I&acute;m trying to use the ISTD Dilution factor column to input different ISTD concentrations for each sample, however the D.f will stay the same for all the compounds in that sample, meaning that I have the same D.f for all 4 standards even though they have different concentrations to begin with. In other words, can the ISTD Dilution specify which standard to apply that factor? Or is there any way that I can properly input these concentrations? Because when I try to do that in the Method Editor, the software applies the same concentrations to every sample.

Hello NoahPara , 
 ISTD dilution is applied on a per sample basis and applies to all ISTDs. 
 By default, when you first create a method and the levels, the ISTD concentrations will populate with the values from ISTD setup view. But, as of Version 11.0, once the levels are made, you can edit the ISTD concentration for each ISTD in each standard.
