EDIT - I apologize, I misread your question. For the Conc. column in the Method Editor use the Number Formats dialog and edit the Precision for Conc.
A column's precision can be changed by right clicking on the column header and choosing Format Column...
You can also go to the Tools->Number Formats menu to access all available Precision settings in one dialog.
