How to calculate LOD and LOQ with Masshunter Software

Hello,

We are trying to calculate the LOD and LOQ with the lowest Concentration of our Standard. We already find out how to calculate the noise and S/N. But what kind of Value can we see. Is it the height? If yes, how to calculate the LOD and LOQ when we are using the Area for our Calibration?

Yvonne,

Set the quantitation to area. Set all the data files for MDL for the batch as calibrators. Then Met\hod.. Edit Method.. There is a script file you can run the calculate MDL, LOD, and LOQ.
