The RSDs for samples can be shown by adding the Sample RSD column to the batch table and entering a value for the outlier, since this will not be calculated if there is no outlier set.

I have two more question, My calibration curve is just one point that I usually have 5 or 6 injections of one standard. How can I calculate RSD for my cal injections? I do not have Internal standard. Just one target.
Another question, during my processing if I want to change the EXP concentration it gets back to the first enetr amount no matter how many times I tried or enetred the con in my method, what should be the reason for this?

The Level RSD column can be added in the Method editor to the Concentration Setup view. This value is not available in the Batch view.
To change the Expected Concentration displayed in the Batch view you must edit the Conc. in the method editor and then apply and analyze the batch.
