MassHunter qualitative software will not print a method report. I have version 10.0

Are you using Excel reporting or PDF/Report Builder reporting? Excel reports can take a very long time depending on the number of results, and there is no indication from Qual that the report is being generated in the background.

I would test by just opening a data file and without processing print a custom report. I would use PDF Report Builder first. Choose to just print and print preview. If report generation is working you should fairly quickly have an empty analysis report.

I am thinking that the EXCEL portion does not work at all. The quantitative software does take some time and Excel and PDF files work. The Qualitative software does work with PDF but NOT Excel at all. I have made sure that it is setup to use MassHunter but with no success.

Any suggestions?
