We recently upgraded our system from chemstation to masshunter. We noticed that when using Environmental Analysis (Quan), after editing the method, the window popped out with "Analyze" gray out (see below).
And when we tried to hit the "Analyze Batch" in the home tab, the choice is missing:
With the "Analyze" missing, the quantitative is only using the old std curve from previous batch, and will not acquire std curve from this batch.
Please help. Thank you!
