Creating the method using a library that contains RI information will populate the Library RI column for the compound method. To calculate the RI for the compound results you must use a Library Method and specify your Reference Library, enable the RT Match, and specify the RT calibration file.

This will now populate the results RI column.

If you want a Library Match Score calculated you will also need to specify an outlier limit for the score, unlike previous versions of quant.

Thanks, I got the RI column to show up in the results in Quant. So that is good. Can you use RI window for identification like RT?

There is no outlier for the RI, so it is not possible to use this for flagging results or setting expected RIs. You would need to continue to use the RT outliers and check for the flags there.
