Quantitative Analysis version 12.1.
When I setup or append a method in Quant from a GC library file I tell it it to use RT calibration and attach a RT calibration file that contains retention index. The library file also contains RI data.
But when I go to use or edit the Quant method I don't see the RI data and see no options for how to use it? If I add column with RI under compound setup I don't see any RI values?

Creating the method using a library that contains RI information will populate the Library RI column for the compound method. To calculate the RI for the compound results you must use a Library Method and specify your Reference Library, enable the RT Match, and specify the RT calibration file.
This will now populate the results RI column.
If you want a Library Match Score calculated you will also need to specify an outlier limit for the score, unlike previous versions of quant.
