Hi all,
I've encountered a bizarre error trying to open MassHunter Workstation. Previously, we encountered an error where the tune button in the tune context was grayed out and it was not possible to tune the instrument. I removed all MassHunter processes and restarted the computer, and MassHunter would not open because there was no data available on the disk it is installed on. I moved data to clear space, and now MassHunter will not launch, instead giving an error that reads "Instrument is not configured. Application will now exit." I've tried power cycling the computer as well as the instrument and the error persists. I am able to connect to the instrument through the diagnostic window and get parameter readouts, but I am still unable to launch Masshunter Workstation.
Does anyone have any idea what to do about this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
