How do I integrate a PAL Cycle Composer method into Mass Hunter for GCMS?

I would assume that you will need to import the cycle you have created on to MassHunter instrument PC using the cycle import functionality in the Acquisition module.  Then pick it from the PAL configuration screen from the list of available cycles for your injector/head type.

Cycle composer is for PAL-xt. PAL-xt has Cycles.    PAL Method composer (PMC) is for PAL3. PAL3 has scripts.

You'll need to upgrade to Version 1.5 show in this link. PAL Method Composer - Methods in minutes by Drag & Drop (palsystem.com) Click on register for a free trial and you will get version 1.5. If you already have a license, it should update automatically. The manual is also in the software.

When you have the method, save it as a .xml file and import the script using script manager to use it with MH. The Agilent PAL3 driver must be loaded in order to import it.

You are right. Specifically, with MassHunter version 10.2.530.3, you have to save the Method Composer method as a .xml file. Then use Script Manager under the Instrument menu in MassHunter to import the script.
