Is there a column I can add to the Batch Table that would allow me to exclude a calibration point from the Batch Table?

I am currently using MassHunter version B.07.01 on a 6420 LC-MS/MS.  I am using Quantitative Analysis to make a quantification method.  I am trying to exclude some calibration points from the curve using the Calibration Curve window.  However, there are overlapping points so I cannot select the desired point.  Is there a column I can add to the Batch Table that would allow me to exclude a calibration point from the Batch Table (e.g., a button?).  Or another way?  Thanks!

  • Hi @Achem,

The way I understand your question is that you can't deselect the point you want in the calibration window due to overlapping points that are too close.

Here are the options to resolve that:

    1. Zoom into the points in the calibration curve window until you can click on the point to deselect the one you don't want to use. You can also use the button indicated in the screenshot below to access a drop down menu to select each level to zoom in.  It's possible to adjust the scale further by clicking and dragging over the y- and x- axes. Make sure to try the scale adjustment with both the left and right mouse buttons while clicking and dragging as they adjust the scale differently.
    2. You could disable the point in the Method Editor -> Concentration Setup by unchecking the "enable" box under the Qualifier -> Concentration. There isn't a similar option within the batch table itself.
