We have many different libraries, it would be great if I could create a master library containing all of our entries. Especially since data analysis limits searches to 3 libraries.

Hi TOMATOA thanks for participating in the Community!
I moved your question to the Mass Spec Software Forum for better visibility.

The Agilent Library Editor program will have loaded with your software.
It is used to add, remove, or modify compounds in any of your libraries. There is not a merge function. And yet....
I opened two sessions of Library Editor. In one I opened the demo.L library. The other I did "New" and named it test16Aug2024.L . In the Demo library, I highlighted the first entry, scrolled to the end, and did <shift> click to select all, then right click, Copy... moved to the new library and right click, Paste. and that made the entries. Then File, Save. and the new library worked.
Now there are some gotchas as far as selecting lines, make sure you click on the far left so the whole line is highlighted before copying as shown below. If you don't you may get an error "Input String was not in a correct format" or the Library Editor will crash when trying to paste it.
and before pasting...use EDIT New Compound, then select the new compound line before pasting....or else it will paste over whatever is currently selected and you may lose a line.
SAVE the library often!
