MassHunter Data Acquistion software. I

Question

'm new at MassHunter Data Acquistion software. I need to know if it is possible to view the UV spectrum in real time Abs/time of a run. Currently I can only see the Spectrum Pane which is Abs/wavelength. Where can change the view so I can correlate my TIC peak with my UV peak in real time.

 In MassHunter LC/MS Acquisition it is not possible to review data while it is being acquire, which is what I believe you are asking. You can freeze the live spectrum pane from the right-click context menu if you'd like to pause the real time spectrum update while a peak is eluting. Otherwise you would need to open the data in Qual and review it there. Qual can open data files that are in progress, though some functionality may be limited until the data file is completed. Once a partial file is open you can also update the display using the File->Refresh Data File menu item or the associated toolbar button.
