I am using MSD ChemStation G1701FA F.01.03.2357 for evaluating the product peaks of the GC-MS System. Currently i have encountered the problem, that Chemstation gives a prompt "Unexpected Program Termination : Sorry, a system error has occured! Program will close now. Examine LOGGING file if LOGGING is on. "
For quantitative analysis i use the masshunter software, but the initial overview and acces to the database all runs through ChemStation, since i dont see any possibility doing that so convenient with MassHunter.
I would like to know how to resolve this issue.
