Cannot open files in MSD Chemstation F.01.03.2157?

Hello, MSD Chemstation is not allowing me to search, load, or open any data files. Anyone else encounter this issue? If so how did you solve it? I am running version F.01.03.2157 for a GC-MS 6890. Thanks!

I'd like to bump this thread up to the top because in our lab we have had the same problem, and our amazing IT guy was able to solve it! 
 
 It turned out that on the PC where the Data Analysis (same version as olabanalyst ) was faulty, it had been installed from an installation package that was created by our employer. A new install from the original installation medium (supplied by Agilent) solved the problem!
