Compliance Masshunter B.08.00

Hello,

Trying to bring a an Agilent compliant with GxP and have installed quantitative masshunter B.08.00 in full compliance mode. However when I click on masshunter I get the following message in the image below. I thought everything needed would be installed with the compliant version of masshunter?

Any ideas on why this is happening? Thank you!

Hello RenatoDosSantos ,

To use quant in full compliance mode you must have your ECM server set up and accessible from MassHunter PC. Are you able to connect to the ECM server from this PC through the web interface?
