Edit an acquisition method while worklist running mass hunter?

There is an Offline Method Editor and Offline Worklist Editor available on the acquisition PC. It can be accessed through the Windows Start menu under Agilent MassHunter LCMS Acq. The method editor needs an active instrument configuration to work so it can only be on the acquisition PC. Even so, there will still be some settings you might not have access to, since some information only comes through a live connection, but you should be able to edit most settings and only require a brief method review before using on a live instrument.

Is this also possible with the new version of Agilent Masshunter LCMS Aquisition Console (that uses the Control Panel)? At the moment, after starting a sequence I can't create a new worklist.

In the current MassHunter versions with OpenLab integration the Offline Worklist Editor is available from the Instrument section of the Control Panel. You can launch from the toolbar or create a desktop shortcut.
