There is an Offline Method Editor and Offline Worklist Editor available on the acquisition PC. The method editor needs an active instrument configuration to work so it can only be on the acquisition PC. Even so, there will still be some settings you might not have access to, since some information only comes through a live connection, but you should be able to edit most settings and only require a brief method review before using on a live instrument.
