Export mass bins

Question

Hi, is there a way to export data as mass spectral bins from MassHunter for stats analysis? I can't see any way of exporting mass spectral data into text files, only chromatographic data.

Hello aburke , 
 Qualitative Analysis can export MS data in the mzData format. This is the only open format export that MassHunter directly supports.. 
 There are also some open source utilities that can be used to export to other formats. Both the built in functions and open source utilities are discussed in this post.
