Can't open method because access denied

G1701BA B.02.00 was only supported to be installed on Windows NT. This software has reached it's end of software support. It could be the method is corrupt or the read write attributes and set for read only.

The method isn't set for read only. The software is installed on a Win Vista computer because Agilent told me that B.02.00 is supported to Vista. Long time there were no problems and many of our methods doesn't show problems but this one method sometimes do.

On another PC i had an corrupt method file that caused interrupted sequences sometime but not every sequence.

I have checked the compatibility matrix and B.02.0 G1701BA and was only tested and supported on Windows NT 4.0 SP6a.

We have B.02.00 G1732, and this is supported on Win XP SP2 and Vista Business. So this couldn't be the reason for my problem.

We would advise you call your local Agilent Software Support office.

I have done this already, but they told me that there is no more support for this version and i should try to ask the community here.
