QC/Accuracy flag in Masshunter Quantitative software

Good day,

I have setup a quantification method for my method.

I want to setup the QCs to flags when they are out of range.

I see my calibration values are automatically assigned to my QC in the concentration column at the Concentration Setup in Method Setup tasks (please see screenshot).
Even though I enter my actual QC values it changes back to the calibrator values

I have updated the Accuracy Max/ Dev% in the Accuracy option - but the percentage is on the above calibration ranges.

Furthermore I have also looked at the setup in the QC Outlier setup option. It seems like you can only enter the QC Max Dev for one level?
What about multiple levels that may have different deviations for the same compound?

Can someone please give me some guidance. I would really appreciate it.

Tania,

The levels in the calibration for the QC's is the same as the calibration levels. Add them back in as levels QC, QC1, and QC2. Then in the batch table specify the levels for each QC and QC, QC1 and QC2.

Do you know if you can specify the QC Max Dev per QC level since the allowed deviation differs between low level and high level QCS

Tania,

Add the column matrix override in your method.

You then can create up to 30 different matrix's. Then in the batch type add the column matrix type and put in the name of the matrix.
