How do I calculate percent recovery of my surrogate std in MS Quant (MH v10)?

I would like to include a percent recovery value of the surrogate std. I've added to all my samples in my final generated report. I've been unable to find instructions on how to do this using MS Quant.

To clarify, do I need to include my surrogate standard in my calibration curve or can I just calculate the amount recovered in my samples by comparison to standard run at the concentration added to the samples?
