How to check scan points across the peak in MassHunter Qualitative software (GC/MS QQQ).

i am not sure if i understand your question correctly

but when you integrate to peak then click ( peak select)

1. then double click your peak, the peak spectrum with a header contains ( rt time star t and End of peak)  it doesn't include the tailing points 

also on the header of the spectrum you can see the number of the scans

now if you select the( walk chromatogram) you can monitor your scan points in every point by single mouse click on any points in your TIC

this is the peak select too

and this is the walk chromatogram tool
