Hi All,
Recently installed QA and NIST 14 on a windows 11 pro OS. The QA program is working fine. I can basically do everything as per normal but as soon as I click "Search for Spectrum using NIST MS program", the following error comes us:
Agilent MassHunter Workstation Software Qualitative Analysis encountered an error. The program will attempt to continue ignoring this error. However we recommend saving the data and restarting the program.
The log has been created at C:\temp\AgtErrorLogs.
I uninstalled both programs, deleted their folders in drive C and D and cleaned my registry files. Re did the installation but the error remains.
