Friends, recently masshunter has just been installed, but the software has been stopping a lot. in the middle of a sequence has exited (fatal sequence error) and data acquisition stops. at other times the software stops responding and I have to close the station.
I have already restarted the entire MSD-GC as the community recommended in a thread I saw, but it keeps happening.
What else could I do?
The other thing that is happening is that although I am working with masshunter, I am using chemstation for data analysis and I get an error when I want to take a snapshot
