The quantitation results are saved in the batch.bin file.
what about the quantitative.xml file? Contains all information as well about the quantified compounds
how can the results then be extracted from the batch.bin file? is there a File API or so?
A script file can be written to extract the quantitated values be exported to a csv file for each data file or one csv that contains all the data's quantitated values.
Hi Peter_Merck,
In addition to scripting you can also utilize Quant's reporting engine to generate files in CSV or TXT format that would be suitable for transferring the batch results into a LIMS system or other external database. Check in the PDF-Report Builder and PDF-Reporting template folders for a few example LIMS report templates.
Hi Howard, have seen that already, but thanks for mentioning!
@Ron: what kind of scripting is needed to extract the results from the bin file?
Hi Ron, can you please give me more insights in the script file to be used to extract results from the bin file? That would be very helpful
Peter the only documentation I can find on this is in the help file of MassHunter. You can also give your local Agilent Software Support center a call.
