I am looking for a tool/program that allows comparison of different library searches of chromatograms (GC/MS in scan mode). Specifically, these are a control group and an experimental group. I would like to compare the substances found by library and their peak area. I have about 100 hits per scan and cannot do this manually for so many measurements. For the data: I get the library report and I can integrate every peak, so I only need a program in which these data can be entered and then compared.
I am using Chemstation G1701EA E.02.00.493.
