I'm using the D revision of ChemStation, and as a part of our QA checks, we hand calculate samples used for an LOQ/MDL study. While doing this, I'm not getting the same answers as the Quant Report is giving, granted the difference is small, but our QA department is concerned with why they aren't exact. I'm using Average Response Factors for the calibration and quantitation of samples. An ideas why this is?
