How do I set up RTE integrator for diesel, motor oil and heavy oil analyses for gc/FID on chemstation?

That typically is TPH analysis. If in environmental mode, go the help and search on Hydrocarbon. This will have information on compound type H.

What software product (OpenLab ChemStation, MSD ChemStation, etc...) and what revision (determined by going to either Help>About or File>About) are you running?
