How do I fix sequence error RFPA fault?

Make sure the tune will run. If so then recreate the method from default.m. Also do not copy older tunes files from previous revisions to the new MassHunter installation.

I had not yet run autotune.

The old Chemstation atune.u files are un-readable on the MassHunter acquisition, but manually transferring the manual tune set gave an identically passing tune.

Now, I've run autotune, modified it, saved as a different name, updated method to use new tune, and sequenced a couple samples. During the initial install MassHunter installed in two directories, I'm going to try reinstalling in one directory.
