I am running Qualitative Analysis 12.0. I have some peaks that either are not integrated or did not have library hits in Qualitative analysis. I can identify these peaks as user spectra and use the DB/Library to identify them but I cannot move these spectra to the compound list. It appears that this functionality was available in B.07 version but it is no longer showing up. I cannot print a data report that has my manually identified spectra in the compound list. I have figured out a very convoluted way around this but it is not ideal at all and requires switching between Navigator and Compound Views several times. Please advise.
