Unknowns Analysis - EIC Mass

You can do this if you click on a mass in the Component Spectrum graphics.  You need to click above the mass axis and an ion must be in the spectrum.  To get the mass you want in a busy spectrum it may be helpful to enlarge the mass axis.

Now my follow up is how do I see the whole chromatogram EIC not just the single component? 

I don't have access to UA right now, but I know I did find a way to show an EIC trace for the whole chromatogram before. Memory is incomplete but Method > Edit > Advanced button. Then I think setting the algorithm in the table to be TIC rather than Deconv,and there was a cell to put the mz value in - I never tried it with more than one. The EIC showed up as a blue trace. Hope that helps a little!

I can't be sure of exactly what your referring to but it sounds like the "Excluded MZs" field which unfortunately does not specify a MZ to use in the place of the TIC but excludes it/them from the EICs used to create the spectrum.  You can see this working by specifying a range like 50-75 and there will be no ions in that range in the sample spectrum.
