MassHunter Quantitative Analysis Replicate injection MDL-LOQ-LOD

Hi,

I saw in a post from a few years ago talking about using Replicate Injection MDL-LOQ-LOD located in the Actions drop down under the Tools tab. It said there was a video if I had Quant Supplemental installed that goes into detail about how the script can be used and what method it uses to calculate the MDL/LOQ/LOD and would be located here.

D:\MassHunter\Videos\Quant\Quant scripts - MDL-LOQ-LOD - Wizard.mp4

I don't have the video and wanted to know if there is some where I can find it or if there is any information out there the explains the different columns in the Calculate MDL-LOQ-LOD table and how they are calculated.

This video is in the Quant Supplemental media (Supplemental\Videos\Quant\Quant scripts - MDL-LOQ-LOD - Wizard.mp4), which you can download from or order the media in Subscribenet. If you don't have Subscribenet, please reach out to your local Agilent team, so they can help you with this.

Thanks, I was able to log into Subscribenet. I'm not finding the videos though. Just the software to download. Would this mean that I don't have access to it or am I looking in the wrong place? I tried to search for Quant Supplemental media but didn't find it either. Thanks

You may need to download the Quant Supplemental software depending on your Quant version. Otherwise, it will already be a part of the Quant media in a Supplemental folder if you have the media or if you need to download the media again.

If you run the Supplemental.msi, the videos will be installed in the MassHunter path or you can access them from the videos at this location: Supplemental\Videos\Quant.
