Using LC-MC 6495D to detect moxidectin in bovine plasma, the peak area of the internal standard keeps fluctuating

In different samples, the concentration of moxidectin-D3 is consistent, but the response varies significantly. However, the responses of other compounds, such as triclabendazole and the internal standard, remain stable. Could this be due to the compound's structure? The internal standard I added was mixed together with the standards. The response of triclabendazole is normal, which rules out the possibility of an addition error
