6460 QQQ not ready

Hi there. Please help, we have a 6460 QQQ and it will not move from "not ready" to "Ready" status. Last week we experienced a power surge in the building and this knocked our nitrogen generator out. Once the generator was back running, we have checked the LC system and that is all working normally. Currently, the MS will not switch from a not ready status to a ready on. According to the actuals - the Not ready text long and short both state Equilibrating quad heaters. Currently, the heaters are reading at 100 degrees C. Please could anyone suggest what we can do to get past this? Thank you!

 That not ready condition despite the quad&rsquo;s are at 100c, is sometimes seen. If not done already, reboot de PC and power cycle the QQQ ( turn off 2-3 sec and turn back ON). That should clear the not ready ready condition once you re-lauch MassHunter. 
 
 The root cause is more likely, somehow the PC&rsquo;s date and time had been modified while MassHunter Acq is launched. 
 Please disable automatic date/time adjustment if the PC is connected to internet, make sure the MassHunter Acq is closed before adjusting PC&rsquo;s date and time, and reboot PC and MS after the adjustment.
