Good morning Agilent community, I hope you can help me with the resolution of this problem.
While performing preventive maintenance on the LC-MS/MS 6470A with the brand representative, MassHunter throws the error "MS.QQQ fault cleared:2.24 APCI shreath gas heater exceeded its maximum temperature power cycle is needed to clear condition, due to this the software crashes and does not recognize the detector, later when restarting the system completely, it throws the error MS.QQQ fault cleared: 5.10 Source heater sensor is open, this occurred while service engineers were adjusting the gas flow in the Peak system air compressor, the instrument was analyzing and abruptly throws this error.
I would deeply appreciate if you could help me solve this problem since the operation of our instrument is essential because we determine marine toxins with an impact on public health.
