Since last month I'm having an issue with Infinity 1290 LCMSMS 6495. Before running the analysis I usually launch the check tune with positive results. The problem I am running into verifies when I'm running the analysis. Infact, during a sequence the responses of the analites as the one from ISTD and surrogates decrease during time till tenfold. We have already changed the column and have washed the LC lines with different types of solvents including isopropanol. The issue presents itself in particular when analizing PFAS, but also with acrylamide. Agilent technicians verified that is not a MSMS issue, but they haven't solved the problem yet. Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance.
