I am working with an Agilent LC1260, MS6100 instrument and encountering the following issues:
- The vacuum system is not reaching the proper levels even after running for several hours.
- Recurring Configuration Issues: Each time I use the instrument, I have to reconfigure the software. How can I ensure that the configuration is retained so that this process is only required once?
- Connection Failure with Agilent OpenLab Acquisition: The software frequently fails to connect to the instrument. On the rare occasion that it does connect, I receive the following error message:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object. StackTrace: at Agilent.MSDrivers.LCQuadrupole.UI.MSMethodUI.SetDeviceStatus (String xmlStatus) in z:\Rigel\MethodUI\MSMethodUI\MSMethodUI.xaml.cs:line 2618"
